The Aerial Evacuation (AE) concept is developed to facilitate:
- Rapid role change of a/c into AE units.
- Flexible lay out, from mass evacuation to emergency care of one critical injured patient.
- Optimal environment for both the medical crew and the patients.
- Flexibility of positioning of electro medical equipment. Central electro medical rack or patient located equipment mounted on equipment bridge.
- Option to evacuate patient on stretcher with electro medical equipment continuously attached to the patient.
- Role equipment; typically for strategic Aerial Evacuation of patients.
- Designed iaw NATO STANAG 2040, STANAG 3204 and CS 25.
- Multiple a/c lay outs.
