CASEVAC
Rapid conversion of a troop transport vehicle into a stretcher carrying CASEVAC unit. The kit consists of our specialized four folded stretcher with integrated 5+2 point harness, two web supports with the NODIN shock and vibration damper for the torso area and two web supports without dampening for the leg area, all packed into a bag.

Active Hypothermia prevention blankets – Ready HeatTM
Ready HeatTM are a range of active warming blankets approved by US FDA.
Exposed to air the blankets heats up to 38-40 degrees and holds the
temperature up to 6-8 hours. Ready HeatTM are delivered in thousands to US
armed forces and proven in field for years.
